PROTEIN BLEND To make up the 27 g constituent protein intake per serving, there could be no better choice than combining protein sources of very high biological value, rich in bioactive fractions and which can have a gradual and prolonged amino acid release over time, and which are also highly digestible. As protein sources we talk about: ISOLAC as excellent isolated whey protein, rich in essential amino acids fundamental for muscle growth, with the presence of bioactive fractions such as immunoglobulins and lactoferrin, very low lactose and fat content.
CARBELAC Concentrated whey protein with a high component of precious nutrient microelements which are very important for muscle growth and recovery. Since whey-derived protein sources have a rather rapid digestion, absorption and release into the bloodstream, to favor a prolonged presence of amino acidemia between meals,a portion of milk caseins is inserted to maintain a prolonged amino acid release over time.
BLEND OF CARBOHYDRATES* One of the characteristics of this new concept of meal replacement lies in the sources of carbohydrates it contains. MANGOUSTA contains two types of new generation carbohydrates, in the form of MOODCARB and PALATINOSE to ensure a constant glycemic supply over time, without having excessive insulin peaks, with a pleasant palatability , which know how to satiate and are easy to digest. Isomaltulose has characterizing properties, such as having a low glycemic index of 32 due to the very strong chemical bond between the glucose and fructose molecules that characterizes the disaccharide, which is broken down with difficulty and slowness. It therefore stands as the ideal carbohydrate to be used in a meal replacement, as it is digested very slowly and the glucose obtained is released into the bloodstream in small quantities, without causing glycemic and insulin peaks, also placing itself as an optimal ingredient for those suffering from of insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, and diabetes.
