The Venum Challenger "Battle Ropes" are a training accessory used to gain explosiveness and develop endurance.

Available in three sizes, these strings can be used anywhere and require only a backing to wrap.

The entire upper body is targeted when using the battle ropes: arms, shoulders, back, abs and chest. Most of the exercises will also use your legs and strengthen your grip.
