The product allows for the creation of a hypotonic solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes capable of contributing to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise and to increase water absorption during sporting activity.
The vitamins contained contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vit B2, B5, C), contribute to normal energy metabolism (Vit B1, B2, B5, C), and to normal cardiac function (B1). Vitamins also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (Vit C, B2). The product contains eleutherococcus known for its tonic-adaptogen properties, also useful for assisting the body's natural defences. The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Indications
The product is useful for the reintegration of fluids and electrolytes lost during sporting activity.
Instructions for use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet of product in about 500 ml of water. Take 50-100 ml of solution at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. Maximum quantity: 3 sachets per day. It is advisable not to exceed with the intake of liquids (avoid exceeding 800 ml of solution/hour) in order not to cause an excessive burden on the stomach.
