The confirmation of the order implies acceptance by the customer of these general conditions.

Validity of offers
  • The articles visible on the site are available while stocks last.
  • In the event of a debit or withdrawal relating to an unavailable item, TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S undertakes to offer a purchase voucher or to refund the Customer within 15 days.
  • TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S undertakes to inform the Customer by e-mail that he has ordered an unavailable item.
Product presentation
  • The products on sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Nonetheless, in the event of errors or omissions in this presentation, TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S declines any responsibility, for this reason and for the safety of consumers:
  • Customers who purchase food supplement products are invited to verify full compliance between the information indicated online and the original label affixed on the package sent before using or opening the package itself.
  • Please note that the product images are purely indicative and illustrative, often the packaging is changed by the manufacturer without notice to TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S.
  • The customer is also invited before opening the package and using the product to carefully check the expiry date of the purchased product and if the product does not have a "usable" expiry date, to promptly report it to customer service who will arrange for the collection.
  • During the summer period (June-September) the purchase of chocolate-based bars or snacks is not recommended; these products are stored in TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S warehouses at a controlled temperature. however during transport by the courier these products could undergo phases of dissolution, TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S will not be responsible for the arrival at destination of damaged or loose products.
Price of products
  • Prices are presented in euros, US dollars, British pounds, including taxes for Italy.
  • The amount of VAT is included in the displayed price. In the event of changes in the VAT rates, these changes may affect the final price of the items without the need for notification to the Customer.
  • TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Extra EU countries
  • Prices for non-EU countries are indicated excluding VAT.
  • Each order issued on the site and delivered in non-EU countries could be subject to any taxes, customs duties or documentation that are imposed when the package is delivered.
  • These costs are not to be considered included in the shipping costs incurred on TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S.
  • Rights, taxes and documentation related to the delivery of an item are, in fact, charged to the customer and are his responsibility.

Order

The customer validates the order using the instructions presented on the CART page. To validate an order you must be registered and 'logged in' with your account details. The validation of the order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Using DISCOUNT COUPONS

In the summary page of your 'cart' you can enter the "discount coupons" code to obtain further discounts. Discount coupons are communicated via email and newsletter and/or via special promotions; if you have a "discount coupon" code, simply enter it on the shopping cart page to obtain the discount.

Handling of packages not delivered by our courier
  • These are packages that have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed, refused, damaged in transit, tampering...
  • Return package reason: unknown recipient or address anomaly
  • These are packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: The recipient does not live at the address indicated.
  • Following the receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed to refund, based on the customer's choice.
  • TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S reserves the right to proceed with a refund instead of a new order if multiple items sent back to the sender with an unknown recipient are detected.
  • Reason for return of parcel: "ABSENT / ADVISED"
  • These are packages that have not been collected by the customer from the courier's office or from the delivery point within the set deadlines.
  • Following the receipt and acceptance of the package by our services, TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S will contact the customer to resend the order if the product is still available or proceed to refund of the order depending on the customer's choice.
  • TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S reserves the right to proceed with the refund of the order instead of a new shipment if there are several unclaimed shipments.
  • Reason for package return: "REJECTED"
  • Upon delivery, the customer refused the package.
  • Following the receipt and acceptance of the parcel by our services, a purchase voucher will be credited to your customer account within 72 hours following the return of the parcel. It is possible to request the cancellation of the purchase voucher and the relative refund in the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" section.
  • In case of return of a package due to the causes "UNKNOWN RECIPIENT", "UNCLAIMED", or "REFUSED", TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S does not guarantee the reservation of the ordered items and may be obliged to refund the order if the product or products are not available.
  • In case of non-delivery of the order and return of the goods to our office, the customer will be charged for the related transport costs incurred by TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S..
  • Therefore, any refund, in the event of advance payment, will have a reduction in the relative transport costs incurred.
Responsibility

On all stages of accessing the site, consultation, filling in forms, placing an order,delivery of the items or on any other service, the company tock black s.r.l.s assumes only an intermediation obligation. Therefore, touch black s.r.l.s declines all responsibility for the inconveniences or damages deriving from the use of the Internet and totally unrelated to the obligations and precautions adopted by IAF Network. In particular, all unforeseen events relating to the provision of the service, external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses will not be attributable to tock black s.r.l.s. Similarly, anything resulting from force majeure pursuant to the provisions of the Court of Cassation totally exonerates tock black s.r.l.s from any liability. Warranty
  • All products for sale on TOCK BLACK S.R.L.S. are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the consumer code.
  • The legal guarantee lasts two years from the delivery of the goods and must be asserted by the consumer within two months from the discovery of the defect.
