Hydro Whey Zero is a combined protein powder with a protein content of 80%. The composition consists, in addition to whey hydrolyzate, contains amino acids L-glutamine and L-arginine. Whey protein hydrolysis (a pre-digestion process) allows for faster and more efficient absorption. Glutamine and arginine, which have been added to the protein complex, are nutrients that can be produced by our body but belong to the category of conditionally essential amino acids, i.e. they must be supplemented because the body does not produce enough of them in circumstances such as very heavy workouts.
