WHAT ARE AMINO ACIDS?

The main components of living cells are, among others, proteins. Amino acids, on the other hand, are the building blocks of proteins. There are 20 types of protein builder amino acids.  

Essential amino acids, of which 9 types are known, are indispensable for the human body. However, our body is not able to produce them or does so only in insufficient quantities. Also for this reason it is extremely important to ensure their intake from external sources, possibly in optimal quantities and ratios.   

The body is capable of producing semi-essential amino acids. Such are the L-glutamine, L-arginine and L-tyrosine present in the product. The supplementation of these amino acids can be useful in certain conditions such as high intensity or prolonged training. On these occasions, the body's need for amino acids may be greater than it can produce at the moment.
